Rates per apartment per night

Rates are per apartment, not per person, so if you stay with four people in our garden side apartment you pay 1 x € 60 per night, not 4 x. For additional occupants a supply applies. It will be € 5 per person, per night. For children under the 2 years of age, we do not charge costs for their the stay. At the manor landhuis Kleine Berg it will be with 2 persons € 65 high season. Every extra person will be € 5 per person, per night. So when you stay with us in the high season with 3 persons it will be € 70 and with 4 persons it will be € 75, ect.
Our rates include 7% tourist tax, water and electricity (normal use). We also do not charge costs for cleaning.
Total costs: the amount of nights x the rent of the type of apartement.
NB: water and electricity are expensive on the island and are often calculated separately by other resorts. This can give you a nasty shock at the end of your holiday. So with us no such unpleasant surprises!
You can make use of WiFi and a washing machine free of charge as well.
